Responsibilities
  • Assist customers on service enquiry
  • Provide support to Field Technicians on parts/consumable request
  • Log in customer request for Service Job & ensure Job are assigned to Field staff to follow-up
  • Provide quotation to customers' enquiries on service /consumable / parts purchase
  • Call answering at call centre
  • Data input on service activities (Job feedback & update system)
